Terrible customer service and have stolen my money

Worst customer service ever. Total scammers. Steer clear.
I was sent a cricket net that was dirty, full of leaves and had mud on the poles and in a torn box. It was for a gift and wasn’t fit to give to the recipient so I emailed Networld Sports and asked to return it assuming that would be fairly straightforward- I’d been sent items unfit for sale so should be able to get a refund. I was asked to send photos but as it had taken about an hour to repackage it (it was massive and squeezed into a tiny box) I was reluctant to unpack again as the box had been badly torn when it arrived and I didn’t think it would survive being opened again. So they told me they’d take it back but I’d have to cover return shipping as they hadn’t seen photos - fair enough. I shipped it back assuming they’d therefore check it when it arrived with them. But then once they had it back, they did nothing, I didn’t even get a refund or any acknowledgment they’d received it. So I pestered and pestered sending several emails until eventually I received a partial refund with some funds missing. I pestered some more and several emails later, a bit more refund trickled thought. But now there is still some money missing from the refund for the purchase price, and they are refusing to refund the outbound or return shipping costs because I ‘didn’t send photos’. This is crazy- they have the item and can open and check the condition like any other retailer would and didn’t tell me this would be what would happen because I didn’t send photos. The customer services experience has been woeful - really the worst I’ve even experienced. They’ve don’t reply to messages unless you threaten something, then when they do they have made me feel like somehow I’m in the wrong for asking for a refund when I’ve been sent a used and dirty product not fit for sale. They have outright stollen my money. As I foolishly paid with Klarna it seems I have no way of forcing them to give me my money back as there is no chargeback procedure. So I am considering a small claims court claim as I’m so furious. This company are total scammers. Steer clear!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service! Will NEVER purchase again from this retailer and would NEVER recommend.Purchased a HOT TUB. Choice of delivery service leaves little to be desired. Product still missing in action. As merchant of record complete refusal to identify and support customer needs and concerns. Had to open Barclaycard dispute. Disgusted with lack of response, support and information. Judging by other reviews they clearly have form and are not learning lessons. How hard can it be to respond to genuine questions of concern when a product that has been paid for hasn’t arrived? Surely that person deserves regular contact and reassurances action is being taken. Please read these similar stories and save yourself the time .. order from elsewhere.

Appalling business practice

We spent a few hundred pounds two weeks ago and paid for the normal delivery which was due 2-5 days later. We have not received an email confirming our order and yet they have taken our money. We also do not have an order number to quote on any emails! We have tried phoning and first of all the recorded message says their inbox is full. Now it impolitely tells us that they are too busy to answer the phone and to email. Directed to the 'chat' facility on their website, we find that that has been disabled. Two emails in and they are still not responding. This level of customer service is appalling and I am horrified it still exists. We shall be contacting our credit card to initiate a refund.

Helpful staff

Ordered a Hot Tub which arrived quickly and was very pleased with the quality of it, however after a few days it started to leak, I contacted NWS who sent a new liner out, but when this arrived it would not zip onto the outer liner, they then sent a new outer liner out and promised to refund if the new outer liner did not sort the problem. All good so far, and apart from being unable to actually speak to someone at NWS on the telephone and having to communicate all this via email, overall I would say the company was very helpful and has good customer care but they need more staff to man the phone lines as waiting for email responses is very frustrating.

Very good service

The item we ordered was out of stock. Sophie told me it would be delayed and said it would be sent by express delivery over the weekend at no charge to me.Sophie is very pleasant and easy to deal with.I would certainly use this company again if there was a future need.Pat, Hampshire.

Never again ordering from this site ever again!

I ordered on the 28th of January to what I taught was an Irish site but not and got charged extra and was told in my email I would get my order in 3 to 5 days. Did not happen I rang the number which I taught was a Dublin number but no it wasn't. On the phone to customer service to have to wait in line from 20 waited to get threw but they hung up. Emailed and never replied to any of my emails until yesterday I rang and pressed sales and spoke to someone and got threw then to customer service to someone yesterday and explained my story and they had every excuse going and then magically my package arrived today. I will not be getting from this site ever again and will be telling people close to me as well not to get anything from this site as it is awful and not one bit Irish.

#Read /Stop before you order

UK - Trading standards really need to up there service, company’s should not be allowed by law to trade if they can’t provide goods what they offer So many upset customers

Great product - excellent service

Great product combined with excellent customer service. I ordered a goal for my grandsons in good time for Christmas and it arrived really quickly. My son found a small problem with one of the parts during assembly so I emailed the company and they phoned me back immediately. Replacement part was posted out directly to my son and he received it the next day. Thank you Net World Sports.

We've only had good experiences

Our football club has been using Networld Sports a lot recently and we've only had good experiences.We recently bought the 16 X 7 FORZA Aluminium goals and they are brilliant. It take's a while to get them set up but it's a one time effort and well worth it. We feel like we've stepped up a level of professionalism. The children love them.

A happy ending

I had the disappointment of receiving damaged goods after waiting more than the quoted time to receive them.However contact with the company re the products condition and delays was very helpful . A woman named Lisa once she received photo evidence of the damaged sent a replacement straight away which was great and it was here faster than the original. I'm happy with the outcome and the product.

I got my order very quickly the…

I got my order very quickly the driver was so friendly and helpful and rang me to make sure I got my order safely and waited until I got there before he left the on line staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for me I would recommend this company to everyone and I will be ordering again
